Any specific performance, revenue, sales, or service guarantee advertised by Ecomm Sharkss applies only when expressly included in the client’s applicable written offer or service agreement.

Eligibility for any guarantee may depend on the client fulfilling specified requirements, including providing required documentation, maintaining adequate working capital or advertising budgets, following recommended strategies, maintaining compliant marketplace accounts, and meeting agreed deadlines.

The exact conditions of any guarantee will be governed by the applicable written offer or service agreement.
